Wedding Ceremony

Royal Ambassador Banquet

Attire: Indian Attire, Preferably Autumn Colours. If you would like to bring a change of outfits for the reception you are more than welcome to do so.

2:30 PM–3:30 PM

Baraat & Milni

Groom's side, please meet at the venue entrance at 2:30 pm for the Baraat. Bride's side please get ready to welcome the Groom's side at 3:00 pm outside the venue entrance Description: A baraat is the groom's lively wedding procession to the venue, often with music and dancing, while the milni is the ceremonial greeting and exchange of garlands between the families of the bride and groom

3:30 PM–5:30 PM

Ceremony Rituals

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Terrace Gazebo, we will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to be seated.

5:30 PM–6:00 PM

Transition to Cocktail & Appetizer Hour

This will be open concept, held outside on the patio as well as the conservatory room

Cocktail & Appetizer Hour

Please stay on-site and/or arrive promptly to take part in the cocktail & appetizer hour. This will be an open concept, held outside on the patio and within the conservatory room. There will be mingling, live music, a photobooth, finger foods, drinks, & more surprises!

7:00 PM–2:00 AM

Reception

Please arrive to the Embassy Grand Ballroom promptly at 7pm to begin the reception celebrations & welcome the newlyweds!
